I work with athletes both individually and in a team environment to increase functional strength and flexibility, so each athlete feels and moves better in their body. Through the practices of yoga, breathwork and mindfulness we increase emotional regulation, fine tune the ability to focus, reduce chances of injury, increase self-awareness and optimize overall athletic performance. I work with each team and their coaching staff to develop unique and personalized ways to create positive outcomes in various aspects of team culture, physical performance, physical health and emotional-mental well-being.

Body therapy consists of a variety of techniques to aid the body's natural ability to heal. This improves recovery time, alleviates pain and tension in the body while also soothing the nervous system and calming the mind. Some of the techniques used include Thai massage, assisted stretching, sound therapy, deep breathing, muscle manipulation, somatic release and fascial maneuvers.

I teach a variety of yoga classes with a strong emphasis on alignment, strength and mindfulness. I teach weekly vinyasa flow classes but also teach power flow and restorative classes as needed.
