Served as lead analyst for multiple large scale projects including: time and attendance, conversion from PeopleSoft 8.9 to 9.1, annual benefits enrollment, mid-year/annual compensation processing, leave of absence vendor change and HR year-end processing. Led the management of benefits workstream for conversion from PeopleSoft to WorkDay. Created a new flexible work arrangement module
