With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a seasoned leader and expert in managing and growing diverse and dynamic teams, venues, and events. As the Vice President Operations at Big Night Entertainment Group, I oversee the operations and performance of 12 venues across four states, including restaurants, nightclubs, lounges, entertainment, and event spaces. I am responsible for ensuring the highest standards of culture, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, as well as developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and optimize efficiency. I also lead and mentor a team of over 1400 staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Prior to this role, I was the Director of Operations at Big Night Entertainment Group, where I managed the opening and launch of over 10 new venues, and the Assistant General Manager at Columbus Hospitality Group, where I supervised the daily operations and staff of a luxury fine dining restaurant. I have a strong background and skill set in communication, office administration, budgeting, marketing, contract negotiation, and event planning.
