Oversee the development and workflow of the Enrollment, Records and SIS/CALPADS departments. Monitor ADA claims for accuracy in support of P1/P2/Final reporting for all three schools. Continually monitor and update the required data in the state’s data collection system (CALPADS and CalSAAS)

Currently in charge of data reporting for Heartland Charter school to the state. Successfully completed verifying our Fall 1, Fall 2 and EOY reports. Assisted with Inspire's Civil Rights and Shots4Schools reporting. Opening the communication between departments to successfully report clean and accurate data.

Trained all new staff entering the SIS department. Collaborated with key directors across departments to streamline student information system process and procedures to maximize automation and minimize errors. Interrogated new systems and techniques to ensure tasks were effectively and efficiently completed and communication was consistent across all departments.

Responsible in maintaining our school information system. Update any changes needed, create document and video tutorials for staff use. Specialize in High School policies and designee for all concurrent enrollments. Create and plan the tasks and projects needed for the following school year. Work closely with the directors of curriculum to be compliant with CALPADs codes and reports. Currently in training to work with CALPADs directly in reports and data.

Cultivated our school's TK-12 Records Department and established guidelines and policies to ensure it would fall in line with the California Education Code.
