One of the original co-founders of Duradiamond Software, I am responsible for managing the commercial/financial operations of the business, running our projects division and the other various back office functions. As a tech startup, however, it's always all hands to the pumps and so as with my other Co-founders I really turn my hands to the full range of business activities!

Responsible for managing a number of the organisation's key accounts, including the organisation's largest account with a large UK based multinational defence contractor. The role included management of the client relationship, service implementation, management of the commercial relationship (contract) and service delivery. Strong communication and management skills were necessary to manage the interface with multiple stakeholders and a large delivery team of in excess of 40 staff based across the UK.

Initially responsible for Business Development activity within the South East of England, the role was broadened to cover the whole of the UK. I was responsible for lead generation, proposals/tender exercises and on-boarding of new clients across the companies' full product portfolio. I participated in and led some of the organisations largest contract negotiations including a multi million pound joint venture to provide Occupational Health services to a large defence contractor and infrastructure provider within the UK.

Responsible for managing Duradiamond Healthcare's Education and Training Department which delivered Immediate Care and Health & Wellbeing Training to a range of public and private sector clients across the UK. In addition to managing a team of training staff and administrators, this role included account management of existing department clients and business development activities. Over my 5 year tenure the department grew by 300% and attained a much higher profile within the organisation.
