As a graduate with a Higher National Diploma in Public Services, I have undertaken many key skills which assisted me to achieve outstanding project results in core subjects, which included leadership and teamwork where I gained vital experience in improving the effectiveness of communications and interactions with others. Whilst undertaking the leadership course, I was given the responsibility of being the Team Leader in assisting other members to achieve our aims and objectives of the session.I have improved these skills further in my most recent job where I developed successful relationships with co-workers to achieve key customer service skills. I’m a friendly individual who is approachable and able to create excellent working relationships with other staff members, and can easily adapt to pressured situations and respond to these using my own initiative. I have shown myself to be self-motivated, committed and determined in achieving my goals, come what may. I have also demonstrated negotiating and organising skills, a sense of responsibility and my capacity to work hard under pressure. I am able to relate to a wide range of people, as proven by my varied work experiences. Working in a busy bar required using computerised till systems and working accurately in a challenging environment.
