Manage sales territories from the inside sales perspective, process stock and manufacturing orders. Quote customers pricing and availability, watch and manage pool trucks, assist customers with any questions, update customers with any order changes, assist 6 salesmen and 1 regional manager with problematic situations or concerns from either themselves or the customers. While at ABR I spent two weeks at the North Central Technical College Wausau reformatting a 200+ page document that was to be presented at the grand opening of the new Nursing building. After my job was complete at the Technical College I was assigned to 6 week jobin order entry at Wausau Paper which was extended until my hire on

While at Old Castle my responsibilities were to personally manage my accounts. I wrote up the orders for order entry and proofed them after order entry was done. It was my responsibility to schedule deliveries and to assist with any questions or concerns the customers may have had. I would work hand in hand with the drafting department to be sure the customers were getting what they needed since all orders were custom.

Packaging/Routers/BarcodeWhile at Crystal Finishing systems I started out as a general laborer. I would use electric sanders to remove bad spots from aluminum parts, I would assist with the chemical blow off on the paint line, I would help watch the quality of the products coming off the line as well as help out in the packaging department. I was then put in charge of creating a router system to track orders from the time they were put on the line until they were shipped. With this system I had to create and update the orders everyday as well as operate the zebra tag machine to have labels for the shipment of the products. I also assisted the 1st shift manager in helping to improve the work environment. I would brainstorm with him on process improvements as well as go out and purchase the products we needed to complete these with the company's petty cash.
