I was a Chief Marketing Officer for AppleiSports, after completing a double degree of sports media and business student of 4 years at Holmesglen. I also completed a sports development and event management diploma in 2017. Over this time I have taken the initiative to learn about sports and the media. I have done work for the VAFA as a journalist, worked at soccer matches as a stadium reporter, volunteered at a cricket club to do photography, even write my own sports stories on my own blog and various websites such as a The Roar. I am truly grateful that after completing my studies, I was fortunate enough to become a chief marketing officer for a brand new upcoming sports betting and fantasy league company, as my first "full-time" role. The experience I am gaining is nothing short of amazing and will without question build my career in the sports media and business field. In my final year of the sports media degree, I undertook two internships- with the Amy Gillett Foundation and Sports Community. My objective is to find a job in the media reporting on sport. Mostly my passion lies with AFL, but I have taken these experiences on myself to show employees that I am keen to learn and open to all opportunities.
