Coordinating a team of seven on a daily basis, using shift planning and Rota management to ensure we have the best team possible at all times. My role involves leading my team whilst making fast decisions in high pressured environment. I am also responsible for stock control maintaining the companies high GP expectations and sales targets on a continuous basis.
