Jamie Saunders is responsible for all print media, marketing and corporate communications content, to include copywriting, editing, comprehensive reviews and approvals of all written content in any medium. She also oversees Careington’s social media initiatives and coordinates all RFP/RFI responses. Her goal, as well as that of her team, is to build brand awareness and consumer loyalty across all lines of business in every piece produced by the Corporate Communications team. Jamie also serves as liaison between Careington and all media contacts and welcomes the opportunity to do so!

As Assistant Vice President of Operations for more than eight years, Jamie Saunders reported to Careington’s VP of Information Systems, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer, and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, VP of Sales and Marketing, Chairman of the Board and entire VP, AVP and Director team to adopt and implement corporate initiatives, to ensure corporate objectives are met and to maintain an efficient and growth-driven environment. Jamie’s primary responsibility is to direct a department of more than a dozen professionals, responsible for group and account implementation and internal system set up; high-level account maintenance and servicing; large- and small-group invoicing, collections and conservation, payment posting and reconciliation; individual member invoicing, collections and conservation, payment posting and reconciliation; agent and broker set up, servicing and commissions payments; account- and company-specific reporting and auditing for financial, group-level and membership-level data. In this position, Jamie interacts daily through face-to-face and telephone presentation as well written and oral communication with internal and external departments as well as with clients at all levels, to ensure complete customer satisfaction and integrity of the data, products and services delivered.
