As Vice President of B Three, Jamie’s responsibilities are leading the vision and establishing corporate policy for the operational arm of the company.

In the spring of 2001, Ascent Systems hired Jamie to be its Director of Software Development. Once again, he is assessing requirements, managing projects, and leading teams of developers. On every project that he managed, Jamie plays an active role – designing, coding, and testing.

Jamie joined Delta System Designs as a systems engineer, and soon became the company’s Director of Oracle Enterprise Development. In that position, he continued to lead technology teams engaged in application development. His projects included an enterprise-wide, rule-based strategic early warning messaging system; an eSolution system for senior citizen housing assessments; and an early warning system used for performance assessment by police administrators.

In 1991 Jamie was hired by Management Science Associates (MSA), where he worked as a systems analyst, a software architect, and then a software development manager. In the latter position, he managed the development of all custom-designed applications, leading an Analytical Software Development Department.Over the course of nine years at MSA, Jamie’s projects included a database warehousing system for direct marketing; a strategic marketing forecast simulation tool; a demographic profiling and customer segmentation system for a Fortune 100 company; and TCP/IP layered software communicating to two 20-gigabyte Oracle databases. During those years, he became proficient at creating project-related documents, such as Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Technical Specifications.
