There is always much focus on *what* an individual does for work, or the qualifications they hold, but more important to me is *why* I do what I do. My passion is for helping people build their energy, vitality, and capacity for everything they want to achieve in life. Having a very strong background in health sciences has meant that, for much of my career, I have been focused on improving people's physical health through nutrition, physical activity, and sleep. Recent times has seen a growing focus on addressing high rates of burnout in individuals and across sectors, and an awareness that physical health impacts every part of a person's life, from their mental and emotional health, to their relationships, and career. This has widened the scope of what I do and how I do it. In particular, I have developed the ability and skills to communicate key health and wellbeing concepts across a wide range of platforms and forums, including working in-person with individuals, public speaking, delivering practical information to a wide variety of organisations (private enterprises, government agencies, and NGO's), through to producing multimedia content for online consumption.I have a reputation for being a trusted, reliable, and evidence-based source of health information, an excellent communicator, and critical yet pragmatic thinker.
