Ai-Project: Automatisering Van Klantenservice
Ontwikkeld en geïmplementeerd een AI-gestuurde mailbot om klantenservice-tickets te automatiseren bij Hostnet. Het project maakt gebruik van LLaMA 3.1 en een Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-systeem om antwoorden te genereren op basis van historische tickets met hoge klanttevredenheid (NPS 9/10) en Hostnet handleidingen. Hierbij lag de nadruk op het verbeteren van de efficiëntie van de klantenservice.
