Jamie is a highly accomplished, results-driven, and team-oriented executive with a successful growth and business transformation track record in high growth start-ups and Fortune 50 healthcare organizations. As the VP of Operations for Sun Life's Health and Risk Solutions, Jamie leads the strategic direction of business operations to ensure successful execution of priorities, which includes the successful integration of PinnacleCare, a leading health advocacy and care navigation company.Jamie joined Sun Life from Elevance Health, formerly Anthem, where he led overall strategy and execution of the company’s Health Utilization Management function, including operational oversight, performance, clinical adherence and licensure, training, and quality. Prior to Elevance, he held positions at Oscar Health, WellCare and Aetna. Jamie is extremely passionate about creating access to care and facilitating the best health outcomes for ALL humans. He also serves as an advisor for MyLÚA Health, a digital maternal care platform that predicts and manages the risk of maternal complications. He holds a MS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and BS in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. He also holds Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Certifications.
