I mentor and provide support to the management teams, ensuring communities operate with a competitive advantage and a focus on IPA values.Responsibilities included creating standard operating procedures and implementing them company-wide in addition to the property over-site. Created innovative training programs within IPA to ensure not only procedural training, but included IPA’s key differentiators and People First values were incorporated throughout. Programs included competitive challenges for leasing, maintenance supervisors and overall site performance. Recognized for these achievements by the Property Management Association of Michigan for winning, Excellence in Education five times.
