Founding Executive Committee Member - The mission of the Florida IP Alliance (FLIPA) is to serve as a connecting hub for local and regional organizations, fostering an effective ecosystem and marketplace to facilitate the creation, protection, and enablement of intellectual property. This connecting hub will encourage innovation for the economic and social well-being of Florida citizens.Our vision is that Florida is recognized as a world-leading, collaborative ecosystem for intellectual property creation, protection, and enablement that fuels prosperity via innovation and improves the quality of life in our communities.

Florida Inventors Hall of Fame is a state-wide program located at the University of South Florida. In this position, I oversee the management and strategic development of the program and key initiatives, including the Florida Inventors Hall of Fame and Museum, the IGNITE Innovation Education & Community Outreach Program, and the Invention Convention Florida. Across these initiatives, we are focused on changing the culture of innovation in Florida through recognition, education and strategic partnerships. Each year we are honored to induct remarkable inventors with a connection to Florida into the Hall of Fame and curate educational exhibits about their inventions at the FIHF museum. Building on industry research, we provide outcome driven innovation education opportunities to k-12 educators and students on how to cultivate an innovation mindset and incorporate innovation education into classrooms and everyday life. Through the development and cultivation of strategic partnerships with people and organizations across the innovation ecosystem, we advance FIHF's mission and equip people of all ages with the tools and knowledge to drive innovation and create economic prosperity across all communities.
