My experience consists of over four years of experience in management roles, while also obtaining a level 8 and level 9 degree within the realm of business studies, prior to and during employment. I am also currently completing an additional level 9 diploma in operational management at DCU. I have further experience in the sales force through my previous role as an insurance broker, where I managed the entire commercial vehicle section. As a target oriented business, I have learned to reach and exceed planned sales targets in three of the four stores, while also managing to hit the known inventory target in each store. My management philosophy is one of being a transformational leader, encouraging development and high standards by empowering staff members through motivation, assigning responsibility and leading by example.
