Provided support to tourism industry with the visitvictoria.com helpdesk, including support line.Managed all online listings on the visitvictoria.com website through validation, editing and publishing.Liaised with tourism operators to ensure their online listings were up to date and met a high standard.Encouraged non listed accredited operators to create a listing on visitvictoria.com.Fostered ongoing relationships within the Victorian Tourism industry by attending product briefings and liaising with industry alliances and tourism operators.
