Site Services are responsible for:Project co-ordination of client's siteworks and connections work, managing each job and liaising with all involved parties to ensure works are completed in line with industry timescales.Securing metering and data contracts for our clients at market leading rates and service levels.Horizon scanning changes to energy policy, technological advances and customer needs to ensure our clients are supported in their needs.

Brought in to set up Retrospective Audit division of Inspired Energy. I was responsible for: -• £100,000s + refunds for clients annually.• Management of the end-to-end process of a retrospective audit including identification of opportunity through to recovery of funds.• Strategy development to ensure future savings / charge avoidance through long term planning and knowledge of changes in industry charging.• Working with suppliers and industry bodies to ensure clients are billed correctly and facilitate recovery of overcharging.• Setting up new projects with existing and new clients to the business.• Development of a marketing and targeting strategies.

My role involved: -• Account Management of a diverse portfolio of clients including some of the largest energy users in the UK.• Analysis of electricity and gas billing data to identify charging errors, irregularities and areas of opportunities for clients in future energy strategies.• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers.• Development of a new opportunity saving in excess of £1 Million for PCMG clients.• In depth Research and Development into charging methodology changes and effective ways in which customers can benefit. • Overall responsibility for energy procurement and validation, including client account management, development of dedicated supplier contacts, and overhaul of analysis tools to effectively analyse complex supplier quotations and deliver informed recommendations.• Provision of technical input in sales support for all prospective clients.

My role involved: -• Collation and input of data for auditable period from multiple suppliers in variety of different formats.• Detailed analysis and preparation of claims.• Account management of clients across wide range of sectors.• Electricity and Gas report presentations.• Claim management with relevant suppliers.
