Support the senior Production Manager in administering the adequacy of the Steel Fabricator’s drawing control, production planning and quality control/assurance processes.Support the Production Manager in all aspects of progress monitoring and where called upon, financial cost forecasting endeavours. Establish a progress tracking framework, then monitor practices that can validate claimed completion status by fabrication contractor. Track and report against steel fabrication programs, weekly look ahead, and longer-term forecasts as published by the relevant production department. Evaluate claimed progress complete, movements from baseline milestones, identify float and undertake critical path (analysis). Liaise with East Zone Project Scheduler to integrate updates into wider project schedule as required.Oversee compliance with all respective scope deliverables assigned to the Steel Fabricator and implement strict variance management processes, maintaining traceable documentary evidence to support claim processing.Expedite and scrutinise program schedules from all contracted service providers where applicable

Establish standard files including structural design/drawn etc.Basic design for 360m3/h Floating Concrete Mixer, 1600T Crane, 18m3 Grab Dredger, 4000HP, Including Structural strength calculation, longitudinal strength, FEA reports, Structural Drawings, etc.Lead the structural design team to achieve the engineering task.
