I’m a very flexible employee in that I have worked with Autistic children using Applied Behavior Annalysis (ABA) therapy; Tax Preparer; Secretary; Dance Instructor; Teacher/Substitute teacher; Army Community Service (ACS)/Army Family Team Building (AFTB) Instructor; very active volunteer within the Army community: Soccer Coach, USO, Protestant Women of the Chapel (PWOC), Family Readiness Group (FRG) and so many others all equaling 17 years of experience in drills for children, all areas of dance: ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop and modern; personal tax returns and as a manager position. My volunteering has allowed me to be awarded numerous Certificate of Appreciations and many other prestigious awards. Colleagues know me as a highly creative leader, caregiver, kind-heart, go-getter who can always be trusted to come up with a new adaptable and resilient approach. I know that my client’s concerns comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding and listening to what the military community audience needs before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.I have an BA from Clarion University and I am completing my MBA at Capella University. I am also the Vice President for Midlands Blue Star Mothers chapter which is a Nonprofit organization as well as the Jr Vice President for VFW Auxiliary 11079. I’m always looking to pursue new opportunities and can be reached through this profile email at jthappy2@gmail.com.
