I started at the ground level, working as an integral part of the warehouse team.📦 In the warehouse, my responsibilities included order picking, meticulous stock checks, efficient stock placement, and providing top-notch service at the trade counter. It was here that I honed my work ethic and began developing my expertise in the industry.🌟 As I deepened my knowledge of products and refined my customer service and sales skills, I was entrusted with a significant challenge - opening a new branch in Caldicot. This endeavor marked a turning point in my career.🌆 My mission as the branch manager was clear: grow existing local accounts and cultivate new ones. Through dedication, persistence, and a keen understanding of customer needs, the Caldicot branch experienced remarkable success. In fact, its achievements were so substantial that the branch needed to be extended to accommodate our growing operations.📈 Following my tenure as a branch manager, I had the privilege of being promoted to Director and Head of Procurement. This new role brings with it a broader scope of responsibilities and opportunities to steer the company towards even greater heights.🚀 My journey has been one of continuous growth, fueled by passion for the industry and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results.
