Responsible for the Strategy and Development of IBM Systems, including the IBM Z Mainframe Systems, IBM Power Systems and the IBM Q Quantum Systems development. These solutions provide enterprise client solutions with a focus on hybrid cloud architectures and new workloads supporting artificial intelligence across industries. IBM Systems provide state of the art security capabilities enabling new solutions and modernization of existing workloads. I also lead IBM’s global supply chain and manufacturing operations, which deliver IBM hardware assets to clients worldwide.In this capacity, Jamie manages a world wide R&D organization responsible for processor and systems design. In addition, she leads the IBM Supply Chain and Manufacturing organizations responsible for worldwide delivery of all IBM hardware assets. She has led the strategy, CTO and client support aspects of the enterprise infrastructure business.

Responsible for IBM's multi-billion dollar Storage unit including both software and hardware solutions. Drove new solutions into the market supporting enterprise and hybrid cloud storage with a strong focus on next generation Flash hardware and Software Defined Storage. Achieved numerous industry recognitions in leadership of Flash and Software Defined. Drove the integration of storage management and infrastructure optimization by delivery of the IBM Spectrum Storage family of offerings in 2015. Led the storage acquisition of Cleversafe, the market's leading object storage solution as a key addition to IBM's software defined capabilities. Delivered numerous updates of IBM's leading Platform Computing, Storwize, XIV, DS8k and Tape families with a focus on software integration through open standards with OpenStack, Spark and Hadoop.

Responsible for WW Development, Product management and Strategy for the IBM Tivoli Software brand. Tivoli includes the cloud, systems management and enterprise asset management business units, supported by more than 20 locations in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Responsible for WW development and support of the IBM Rational Software Brand, including over 20 WW development and support sites. Rational includes the enterprise and systems software development lifecycle business units. Established the jazz.net forum and OSLC interoperability models.

Responsible for WW development of the WebSphere Server products, including WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere advanced server editions and Java virtual machine development.
