Enter each patients billing ticket into Trimmed with the correct ICD-9 and CPT codes,printing statements & sending them out to patients each month, sending claims to insurance companies, setting up appointments for patients, taking referrals from other doctors’ offices, working the front desk when the receptionist took lunch or was out sick, filling medical reports and important papers into patients files, filing patients charts, balancing payment entries made in patients accounts with the deposit made into the bank, talking to insurance regarding denials, writing letters to appeal to each claim denied, entering new patients information into Trimmed patient profiles, answering phones & taking phone messages

Going to City court at least 4 times a week to attend court, going to Harrison County Jail2 days a week to attend court on inmates in the jail, getting information from offenders when so ordered by the judge, calling warrant officers to check fines, administering drug screens & sending them to the lab, typing violations, creating files for new offenders, calling to remind offenders of their appointments, entering receipt payments for fines made to court, inputting dates of visits & amount paid to probation, seeing offenders each day when they come in for their scheduled appointments, answering phones and taking messages

Entering Payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, AIA billings, processedpurchase orders, petty cash maintenance, maintained employee files, requested bid bonds, requested MPC numbers for job tax certificates, maintained job construction schedules, scheduled meetings & appointments, mail responsibilities, coping, faxing, typing, answering switchboard phone & taking messages.

Set up, categorized and maintained a filing system for all old and new job files, responsible for entering all new jobs into the computer, entered numbers and descriptions andmade changes as needed to the engineering drawings in AutoCAD, printed drawings from AutoCAD to form print packages, maintained the engineering parts database, which included entering new part numbers & their descriptions & making needed alterations to existing parts, responsible for keeping the original engineering job packs up to date with all changes & corrections, entered, updated, and released the engineering production schedules with allcorresponding customer chassis and PTO information, maintained computer inventory for inhouse manufactured parts.Entered purchase orders from material requisitions, called vendors to expedite fabricating& buyout parts orders in process, processed receiving reports, also began the process of database maintenance that was later transferred to an engineering functionEntered job files for producing scan sheets & job costing files.
