Operation Manager at San Francisco's Stern Grove Festival, I saw to the on-site preparations for the longest continually-running music festival in the country. Duties required coordinating the involvement of city Parks & Recreation Department, San Francisco Police Department, bonded security, local vendors, and House Management and Parking staffs.

As House Manager at San Francisco's Stern Grove festival I saw to the infrastructure and security of an open air concert series, which routinely received more than 10,000 patrons. As the face of Stern Grove concerts, the House staff worked closely with the contracted bonded security vendor and San Francisco Police Department, ensuring the comfortable and manageable daily course of this medium-scale free concert series. Assistance to ADA community attendees was a personal priority.

Community Based Organization serving the diverse population of the San Francisco Bay Area's mixed race and multi-ethnic community. Monthly community building and enhancing events were held focused around social awareness, political positioning and local engagement through volunteerism. Events were held in the four major counties present in the Bay Area, with a peak reach of close to 1,000 community members.
