I joined the staff at Hopewell to serve individuals with disabilities by assisting them with obtaining life skills, useful experience, and employment opportunities. By closely examining the needs of those served, I have been able to develop specific plans and approaches which significantly improved goal achievement and positive outcomes. I was able to make an impact by improving operational efficiency at the firm by coordinating all administrative activities. My project management abilities were also employed as I was responsible for scheduling, timeline management, and client liaising.
