• Regional resource to communicate and train on ERP system functionality and updates.• Work cross functionally with applicable departments across regions to identify and proliferate best practices in all facets of the business. • Develop and maintain fabrication training solutions (i.e. CAD/CAM process videos, multi-media presentations, etc.)

• Senior leader responsible for companywide improvement in the use of technology/MIS, striving for gained efficiencies and overall reduction of cost through continuous improvement. • Implemented and administered Dropbox® & Boxifier file & server cloud sync for disaster recovery, file-share collaboration among branches and the leadership team. • Drove financial savings and enhanced customer service through the application of lean enterprise with emphasis on analysis, process redesign, metrics, tool development and production and capacity planning. • Provided training and implementation of lean practices (i.e. 5S, 1 piece flow, standard work documentation, etc.) in our fabrication businesses resulting in improved quality of finished goods, reduced costs and streamlining of training efforts.

• Responsible for the planning & coordination of the Spokane branch’s (~$3M revenue) production & shipping schedules. Oversaw a production team of 5 and a warehouse & shipping team of 3. Also responsible for the branch’s CAD/CAM, material optimization and tool-pathing efforts .
