Delivery Project Executive (DPE) in IBM’s Procurement Services Delivery under Transformation and Operations. Key responsibilities include business and financial management of client account, forecasting to drive productivity commitments; Contribute to positive client satisfaction, influence account plan and strategy sessions; Management of all resources and responsibilities to ensure strong service level agreements and customer satisfaction; Manage client scope and costs, communicate with key Project Executives on key items such as contract breach, problem resolution, resource performance issues, escalation issues, growth demands, cost and vendor performance issues; Identify, manage and drive new opportunities to support account growth objectives, support new opportunity pursuits

Responsible for the overall sourcing Due Diligence activities: Working with Sales on development a specific client strategic sourcing and category management solution, responsible for the final sourcing and category management solution for the client as well as for the completion of all pre-contract sourcing solution activities. Responsible for all post contract sourcing delivery success, as the primary sourcing interface for our client, managing the delivery of the sourcing services across multiple categories and stakeholders while managing the IBM Client Sourcing Consultant team at the account. Key measurement is typically the realization of their strategic sourcing objectives through implementation of transformational sourcing.
