I have transitioned into a Supply Chain role as the Inbound Manager for Nordstrom’s first Omni Center! I am part of a management team that gets to get this West Coast Omni Center started from the ground up! My peers and I have the opportunity to establish new procedures, learn state of the art technology, and hire a talented team of employees to be a part of Nordstrom history!

As the store manager of Vanissa, I help to expand the business of this new company. Within the first 4 months of being with the company, I was able to grow the clientele list from having no customer information in our system, to having over 700 customers. I work side by side with our director in regards to inventory control, and promotions that I want to be done in store. The Vanissa store specializes in natural and organic skincare, hair care, and body care. We have many items for personal care that is good for even the most sensitive skin from babies to adults.

I came back to Bare Minerals because I truly believe in the brand and company as a whole. I am now the Boutique Manager for a stand alone store and am responsible for a bigger team of women. I believe in training and developing my team to help them be successful, and keeping them motivated to bring success to our store.

I went to a different retailer, Nordstrom to gain more experience in different wholesale venues. I was the Manager for Bobbi Brown in Nordstrom and participated in Trend Show events and the highly popular Anniversary Event. I also created my own Master Class events to help build business and build my clientele.

La Puente, California

I started working at Lancome to help build my resume and get a higher volume counter at Macys. The Lancome counter was almost a million dollar counter and I strived to help improve sales. I participated in gift with purchase events and the gift with purchase event I had two months before I left, I was the only counter in our Southern California Region to beat my last years numbers. I also along with my team had succeeded in winning a few district and company contests such as the Genefique contest; where during St. Jude's week we succeeded in selling the most Genefiques.

Arcadia, California

I helped open the Bare Minerals cosmetic counter at the Santa Anita Macys. I started as a part time employee, and within two years I was promoted to the counter manager. I helped drive business with customer outreach and maintained a strong clientele base. I helped train and develop a couple girls who helped me drive an increase the last two years that I was there, which helped me get promoted to the Lancome Counter Manager position in Macys.
