This was a fantastic opportunity which allowed me to rotate through all of the creative parts of CitNOW and CitNOW Group to further develop my existing design skills but also to learn and expand my knowledge of new and different areas of design. During this time I have taken ownership of multiple different design outputs within marketing and product design such as motion graphics, landing page and email design, social media content, printed material, UI & UX design and updating our various websites with new languages and blog content.I have developed and grown considerably as a designer through this role and working closely with the teams across marketing and product design has further improved my team-working skills. It is an extremely fast paced environment, and as CitNOW has developed into CitNOW Group and acquired more businesses I’ve been able to gain a larger exposure of design within automotive and tech start-ups. My time management and prioritisation skills have also improved since starting this role, receiving design requests from multiple sources and organising my time correctly to complete these requests to the highest standard. This role was greatly beneficial to my team working, communication, presentation and time keeping skills, through working in a very fast paced active sales environment.
