I regularly represent developers, commercial landlords, and lenders in real estate litigation matters and partners or members of legal entities in business disputes. I also represent physicians, physician group practices, and licensed healthcare facilities in business and corporate litigation and arbitration matters. In addition, I have experience in drafting employment agreements, including non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.I also currently serve as General Counsel of the Leadership Broward Foundation. In that capacity, I serve on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
