With a career that has encompassed diverse business sectors, extensive community engagement projects, including education and training, Jamie's consistent focal point has been the nurturing of connections that enrich lives.

The most recent role was business development out of Pacific's Texas operation. Assessing and training key food-service staff and developing brand cache programs to support their sales teams. Developed and managed marketing and food shows for the two key food service partners. Pioneered Pacific's GDSN marketing presence on FSE in support of the customer's online automation.The mission and emphasis centered around developing collaborative strategies in Pacific's own organization (processing and distribution) and with the customer. These team-building efforts resulted in higher margins and volume with our customers.During the ten plus years with Pacific Seafood, worked on Pacific's Central Sales Team selling both fresh and Frozen, domestic and international, directed branding and marketing projects. Was responsible for detailed independent record keeping to manage rebates and reporting specific volume details for the customers. Managed business development for TX distribution. A strong background in marketing and online strategies carried over to the Seafood industry. Designed, developed and managed an online processing catalog with over 14,000 sku’s. This allowed reps to respond in real time to specific inquiries with item detail, marketing images, info and pricing. This was combined with html email campaigns and social media directed to both our staff and our customers.Managed several large national key accounts (5-13m) and grew those accounts in both volume and margin well beyond the budgeted growth while in that role. Developed international customers and suppliers for our processing team. In 2009-2010, conceived and initiated the branding project, "The Pacific Advantage".. The 2010 Boston International Seafood Expo Program Cover and an expanded presence introduced “The Pacific Advantage" to the industry. This program was successful at helping to create brand-evangelists throughout Pacific's organization.

Designed and developed collaborative grassroots business strategies for professional sports organizations. Based in Portland Oregon with offices at the then newly remodeled PGE Park. Majority of work was done on behalf of the Portland Timbers (USL A-League) and the Portland Beavers (Triple-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres). Projects included: -FIFA 2003 Women's World Cup -Premier Mexican Soccer Exhibition matches at PGE Park. Pioneering Tech and beta-work with several e-marketing organizations (Exact Target, Bonzi, Nike) to grow group revenue for PGE Park > 800%-Implemented a collaborative Youth Sports organizations strategy that became the template for grassroot efforts nationwide. Founded the PGE Park Kid's First Foundation. -Founded and Managed The Regional Hispanic Event COPA BUDLIGHT SERIES (155 Hispanic football (soccer) teams in a regional 2-month tournament).

Herman Frankel MD (research, therapist and futurist)), Author Jean Coppock Staeheli , Sports Psychologist, Jerry Guthrie and I made up the Senior Staff for several projects around critical/significant behavior and motor skill development, Dr. Frankel was a pioneer in the mental visualization techniques developed in the late 80's and held contracts with US Olympic athletes and teams. I found this work had application to not only athletes but to high skill military personnel as well. The methods developed and practiced here have now gone mainstream in the last 10+ years. Dr. Frankel and our team had a deep compassion for children, abused women and the elderly. It was here that I first heard of the need for an organized Eldercare solution through faith-based organizations.

Western's primary business was commercial office interiors. Western was a Kimball Furniture Key Dealer responsible for the World HQ Nike furnishings contract for Kimball casegoods. At it's height Western was in the Business Journal's top three for commercial furnishing companies in Oregon.

Worked on the team that designed the original Nike wellness program ... pretty new stuff in 1982... The program was innovative at the time and even today the elements and goals of the Nike program are being introduced as new ideas to improve employees health and morale in 2018... Nike saw this early and definitely led the way.
