Leading the team to design and complete the seat heater controlling module which is used on Mazda J53R car，Toyota 980L car, Toyota 461A car. Requirement analysis phase: taking part in the communication conference with OEM customer, making clearly and confirming all technical parameter with customer, creating the project development plan and cost of R&D resource, finishing the project budget and schedule based on customer requirement list, and confirming the development plan with customer. Detailed design phase: writing the technical specification and feasibility report through benchmark research, doing analysis DFMEA based on related product, developing the team task plan, leading the team to finish schematic design, calculation, simulation and PCB Layout based on technical specification, finishing the EOL requirement, check all the design and creating the design validation plan based on customer’s demand, supporting the purchase to finish the component selection and cooperating with the North American software engineer to finish the code design and testing its function. Validation phase: Leading the technical to complete the environmental and EMC test and review the test report, organizing the team to analysis the root cause when any failure occurs and solve the problem Production phase: Release Gerber files, BOM, EOL, Label Drawing and Housing Drawing and start SOP; leading the team do the root cause analysis for all the questions during production and providing the analysis report, improving the ECU production process. Designing and completing the motion control board (MCB) and VME Bus interface board (VIB) which can catch and calculate the feedback data from the circuits by many kinds of bus and interface. MC output command to the related actuator to achieve the accurate motion control of drive shaft after DSP process; it also can exchange data with the remote I / O board through HSSL interface, and receive instruction from CPU board (Power PC) through VME bus. Requirement analysis phase: participating in project meeting, making clearly and confirming the technical parameter for every control board, cooperate the project manger and system engineer to complete the board function separation. Detailed design phase: writing the technical specification and feasibility report through benchmark research, completing the schematic design, calculation, simulation and PCB Layout, creating BOM and finishing the code of FPGA, then debug its function; modifying the PCB design according the supplier process; participating in the design of patch panel, sensor processing boards and backboard designing, responsible for contriving the principle chat, projecting and debugging multilayer PCB Layout. Validation phase: Guiding the tester to complete the function validation and improving the design based on the test result. Commissioning phase: completing the overall debugging with system engineer; finishing the classification and maintain all project design document.
