Launched and directed Disney Key Talent Profile Project• Interviewed and communicated with stakeholders from different apartment to collect information and performed research about key feature for millennial work force and particularly the young workforce in Shanghai Disney in order to make a better model• Designed Key talent profile that meets the company’s special needs, this model picture a talent in 5 dimensions: Personal experience, Career path, Family information, 360 degree review result, and strength assessment result, • Created the idea of building an engagement and recognition portfolio which is a list of potential recognition and engagement items that employees can selected from to consolidate as individualized and customized plan.• HRVP spoke highly of our project and this model will apply for the talent development program of the company in the future2. Assist Disability Hiring Project • Collaborate with colleague to recruit disability people for our front line departments, the project saved the company $1.5 million in government tax3. Served as assistant recruiter and coordinator in daily operation• Served as recruiter and interviewed more than 300 front line candidates in our daily operation• Organized Big Bang Hiring Events and Community Hiring Events which had more than 400 flows per day• Processed and managed personnel data using SAP and Kenexas systems4.
