Part of a select group of University of Portland students whose year-long goal is to explore, create and develop entrepreneurial ventures domestically and internationally. Students participate in a variety of competitions, events and conferences to make connections and develop the intellectual framework to successfully enter into today's global marketplace. The E-Scholars Program is widely acclaimed, and has been recognized by Entrepreneur magazine several times in recent years as a top-tier program. E-Scholars is led by Dean Robin Anderson of the Pamplin School of Business.

I coordinate and manage University of Portland's oldest and most established study abroad program for 40 students to spend an academic year in Salzburg, Austria. I am responsible for the recruiting and application process, as well as preparing students for their year abroad and providing liason support for future and current Salzburg proram participants.

I led a group of 21 college freshman through their transition between high school and college life. I served as a mentor and taught two classes per week to help the freshman have an easier and more fulfilling progression between anxious new freshman to successful, confident students at University of Portland. I scored one of the highest scores of all 40 workshop leaders in the post-program evaluation given to our students.

Oracle Financials Intern gaining experience with applications such as Appworx, Oracle Applications, HP PPM and Subversion Version Control. I am also exploring the fundamentals of project management for future opportunities.

Coordinated, ran and managed a tutoring program of 20 tutors for underpriveledged youth at Roosevelt High school. I also recruited volunteers at University of Portland and the greater Portland area for the tutoring program and other organized events and fundraisers. I was project manager for the successful first annual SUN Inspirations Art and Music Festival to create and strengthen ties between the North Portland community and students at Roosevelt High School.
