- To build and manage the overall strategy for the Manila Centre of Excellence - Day to day operational leadership (Issue escalation resolution, continuous improvement of processes, monthly reporting and performance management, liaising with stakeholders across clients in Australia and Asia, training and development of senior team members)- Leading the.

· Managing the day-to-day operations, delivery and performance of the team’s assigned recruitment projects throughout Asia Pacific.· Leads and guides the day-to-day activities of assigned recruiting team members ensuring workload is balanced and properly distributed.· Participates in planning activities regarding recruiting strategies and service.

• Help formulate and continually review SLA’s and KPI’s for the team.
• Monitor and achieve targets around effectiveness, timeliness and candidate quality.
• Ensure delivery of standard reports within defined timeframes, through systems data integrity.
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders, through proactively managing their resourcing needs and overseeing process improvements aligned to their business areas.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular feedback on progress.
• Coach and inspire team to realise full potential.

• Ensures successful implementation, continual operation and growth of accounts, by collaborating with different work groups
• Manages recruiter/researcher performance to meet/exceed goals defined with clients
• Builds recruiters’ competencies in sourcing and recruiting, specialized by industry/client
• Assists client managers in maintaining positive client relationships
• Other duties include performance management, employee development, reports generation and analysis
