As Business Transformation Lead, I am responsible for leading the organisation on a journey to transform the product and channel capability. This role involves engaging key senior stakeholders to ensure this evolution is aligned to the vision and future aspirations of the Limelight business, and the development of the overarching strategy that outlines future product and channel outcomes.I have also taken on product ownership of the Personal Lending product under the Thorn Finance brand, which has involved migrating the product from our existing platform to a new cloud-based technology stack, and building a partnership network to drive loan book growth.

Responsible for the establishment and rapid growth of online channels for the personal lendingside of the businessConceptualised, scoped, designed and implemented a project to automate the application processutilizing machine learning and real-time checks, resulting in an online decision within sixty seconds.Managed a number of online products designed to improve internal processes through automation.Present new products, proposed solutions and data insights directly to the Executive Team and the Board of Directors on a regular basis. In addition, work with BAU teams to identify and fix internal pain points and improve processes.

Part of the founding team behind this finance start-up aimed at disrupting the NZ short-term lending industry.Involved in the overall strategy of the business, including the business model, branding, marketing,and the go-to-market strategy.Heavily involved in the end-to-end process of ideating, designing, mocking up, and developing the UX/UI for the online platform and the customer journey.As a business, successfully leveraged machine learning and automation to build one of NZ's first online only Straight Through Processing finance propositions.
