I was hired to help a 20-year old traditional software company evolve into a SaaS business. Several years later, the company was acquired for over a billion dollars--largely on the strength of their SaaS transformation. Separately, my team and I helped a publicly traded insurance company with 500 developers reduce their release process from four weeks to 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 30 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘴. All our clients understand software.Where I see everyone struggle is translating that expertise to SaaS products--it's not just simply "software in the cloud." This lesson is too often learned the hard way. Before working with us, every single one of our clients tried to do it themselves and failed:😖 "It takes way too much time and effort to release new code."😡 "My sales team revolted when we dragged them away from annual licensing to MRR."😥 "Finding and retaining highly-experienced engineers has been nearly impossible."😧 "Forklifting our software into the cloud hasn't magically made it more scalable."😕 "Never having been through a SaaS transformation, it's difficult for the executive team to lead from the front."RightBrain Networks is a consultancy with a unique mission: 𝐰𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐚𝐒 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬. We primarily work with enterprises and funded start-ups that say one of two things to us:✔️ "𝘞𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘚𝘢𝘢𝘚 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥." ◾️ RightBrain will deploy a highly-skilled product delivery team charged with bringing your vision to market. We provide a full end-to-end solution comprised of: product management, UI/UX, application architecture, software development, DevOps, and ongoing cloud operations support.✔️ "𝘞𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘢𝘢𝘚 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴." ◾️ RightBrain kicks off a consulting engagement with either a 1-day workshop or a 1-week scoping process that focuses on coaching in three key areas: 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 (hiring, career development, team structures, leadership), 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 (software releases, agile methodologies, change management, compliance) and 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 (DevOps, SaaS application architecture, data strategy, IT governance). We then work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to implement the plan.If these same concerns are also holding back your company's growth, please book a 15-minute conversation directly on my calendar: https://meetings.hubspot.com/jjbegin/15-minute-intro
