- Increase sales and market share of Dow Building Solutions by specifying building envelope solutions with residential partners.- Responsible for Dow residential business in Western Canada. - Create and manage building solutions and proper building science specifications to builders, engineers and architects.- Manage, develop and communicate with distribution partners in Western Canada.- Execute account plans and strategies, which support national business objectives.- Train and educate on Dow products and building solutions.- Demand creation and specification work, through direct contact with industry representitives at all levels.- Cooperatively work with the commercial business within Dow, to share information and maximize margins, as well as project leads.- Create and maintain 2lb spray foam initiative in Western Canada.

- Responsible for all large project quotes , including single family and multi-family builders, through building supply dealers.- Mange industrial and residential retail accounts, including large box stores.- Purchasing and forecasting levels for incoming international and domestic inventory, within set budgets.- Co-ordinate inter-company initiatives to increase sales and magins, as well as increase scope of work for other divisions.- Create, execute and monitor inventory for custom profiles and door jambs, for large projects both in Canada and the US.- Co-ordinate imports and exports within Canada and abroad.
