rEvolution's first Talent Acquisition professional, I was brought on board to build the foundational processes and procedures that will allow rEvolution to efficiently attract and hire top-tier talent as the agency scales.I am tasked with recruiting for all open positions in the US across operational, creative, marketing and advertising skillsets. As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner with dentsu I led recruiting strategy for two of dentsu's largest, most profitable and most notable clients - Microsoft and General Motors - and managed a team of 4 Senior Recruiters.Collectively the Microsoft and General Motors teams were comprised of approximately 675 employee seats, and my team was responsible for quickly identifying top tier talent to fill any vacancies on these blue chip client accounts.Other aspects of this position included detailed reporting to senior leadership, managing hands-on recruitment of senior-level (VP and above) roles, and managing the performance and career growth of four direct reports.I utilized the SmartRecruiter ATS system and worked closely with HireRight to complete background checks on new hires. I was brought in to lead recruiting for dentsu’s (Specifically Carat and iProspect’s) Microsoft account, which is one of the agency’s largest accounts in terms of both headcount and spend. In this role I was tasked with managing one direct report (a Sr. Recruiter) and personally managing a full req load of 10-15 jobs across skillsets that included Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Planning, Financial Ops and Digital Activation, among others. In addition to my direct report, I also oversaw a team of 2-4 additional recruiters at any given point who were supporting the Microsoft account. When I joined, MSFT had a staffing percentage of 85%. By the end of my first year (Dec. 2020) I had increased the staffing percentage to 98%. I also took on numerous Resource Management tasks in this role; opening new requisitions, meeting frequently with finance, assisting with promotions, etc. As the primary point of contact for the Microsoft business on any staffing-related matter; I held weekly and bi-weekly meetings with the individual line of business leads on Microsoft as well as weekly meetings with the finance and HR leads on the account.
