I also led the company’s centralized contact center in Houston and a garment manufacturing facility in New Bedford, MA. Key initiatives included leadership through a multi-year CRM implementation that transformed the Customer Service team into a world-class organization with fully integrated capabilities, and a time-sensitive supply chain integration that followed the acquisition of Jos. A Bank. This integration led to development of a truly regional, omnichannel distribution network.
