I was promoted to SVP with accountability for the company’s fastest growing division, Tuxedo Operations, following the company’s acquisition of After Hours Formalwear – a former division of Federated Department Stores. I led operations (18 senior leaders / $150M annual operating budget) across 11 North American distribution centers with oversight of the distribution of rental tuxedos at 1,100+ locations. A major initiative through this period was the post M&A integration of eight additional regional distribution centers that serviced 489 additional store locations, including alignment of technology achieve consistency across all locations.
