Evolving healthcare into products and services that help people live full lives, including but beyond physical health. It's serving spiritual and emotional wellness, continuous learning, a sense of purpose and community. I believe in the power of a great team and I’ve earned the chance to build and lead many of them who have shared in the quest to better understand the customer -- and deliver for them. I find success creating a culture of trust, accountability and authentic connection. I want people to grow together and succeed together. The weekend version of me loves to be anywhere that I can create or DIY – in my workshop, at a flea market, or decorating a new space.
