This truly allowed Addison to increase their footprint with their national clients, as well as build strength in new markets.Responsible for building the following project teams:Built a team of over 30 consultants responsible for implementing Oracle 12.0.4 and subsequent upgrade to 12.1.1 for a firm in Houston, TX. Built a large team of contract and full time employees, assembling one of the finest teams in Houston. Took over the failing project from a major implementerBuilt a team of consultants responsible for the Oracle 12.0.2 HRMS implementation (PER, BEN, PAY, HXT) for a seismic firm in Houston, TX. Built a team of contract to hire consultants to not only complete the implementation, but to build their internal staff.Responsible for building the Project Management and strategy piece of a large O&G firm's internal Oracle r12 implementation. Delivered Project Managers and team leaders to supplement their internal staff. Responsible for their implementation of PA (project Accounting).

Psg was a consulting firm I started five weeks before 9/11. Psg grew to over 50 consultants and $7 million in revenue prior to merging with Addison Search in October 2007.Project Experience Includes:Built a team of Senior Consultants to implement Change Management processes, principles and Change Theory for a large Software Company in Houston, TX.Partnered with a major consulting firm responsible for building a team of IT Auditors for the outsourced HP SOX Project. One of three firms chosen as partners.Quickly became the sole partner to provide all IT Audit candidates and consultants. Built a team of 14 consultants in a two month span.Built a team of  BI resources for an Oracle Business Intelligence implementation. Interacted with stake holders and end users for requirements gathering and designed and developed the ETL process using OOTB.Brought on a team of OCM consultants to develop a Change Management Plan for multiple software and hardware implementations for a large construction firm in Houston, TX. Partnered with a local .com company to build their internal IT Department and national call center in Houston, TX.

Achieved 400% three months in a row. At the time, sold the largest outsourcing project in the history of KForce. Initially worked as a National Recruiter in the Orlando, FL National Recruiting Center. Promoted to Houston, TX in January of 1997. Responsible for building the recruiting team and re qualifying the office in Ciber's ISO 9001 processes. Promoted to Account Manager in July of 1998. Achieved Presidents club in 1998.Responsible for selling multiple consulting projects including a large network upgrade and integration as well as numerous Y2K projects.
