It can set you up for a happier, more fulfilled life, help you achieve your goals and aspirations, and it can help you feel more in control of whatever life throws at you. This 13 week workshop will help your children develop the skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviours to manage their money well.

Restructure of the existing ‘Schools and Groups’ marketing strategy resulting in a growth of the channel by over 5,000 admissions from 2014-2019.Curriculum alignment of the Education program adding new learning content and activities for visiting groups. Training and Management of the Education Team which had increased from 3 employees to a team of 9 to allow for further growth and demand following the improvements implemented.Marketing and facilitation of large-scale operational events including Family Fun Days, Scouting and Guide Sleepovers, as well as the creation and implementation of brand-new LEGO based Outreach Workshops.STEAM ambassador for LEGOLAND Windsor managing and coordinating the FIRST® LEGO® League Regional Finals and FIRST® LEGO® League Junior Expos.Creation of digital marketing materials using skills in Photography, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.

Responsible for the daily operations of the Education Department duties including facilitating workshop sessions, School entrance procedures into the park and general upkeep of all building zones.Maintains LEGOLAND Windsor’s highest standards of safety, guest service and cleanliness whilst working as part of a team with other Education Officers and team leaders. Communicates the LEGO and LEGOLAND values of creativity, discovery, exuberance, and innovation to groups and regular park guests and facilitates the unstructured guest experience by encouraging, interacting, and demonstrating.
