Reporting directly to the Performance Assurance Superintendent, as an Autonomous Training Specialist, responsible for delivering advanced and dedicated training and assessments to the Komatsu Autonomous Haulage Systems ‘Train the Trainer’ (TTT) Level 1 Central Controller program. Adopted and implemented methods to increase training integration and training effectiveness, whilst also cultivating an inclusive learning environment to encourage long-term learning retention and integrating those learning methodologies into training practices. Responsible for ensuring a high level of competency is maintained by incorporating resource materials, reviewing training plans and executing technical training into the training and assessment matrix to ensure a greater degree of production efficiency and safe operating practices are maintained and adhered too.
