I spent just under 5 years working as a passionate field manager for a leading retail marketing company, Retail Marketing Group. I started managing a team of regional in-store sales promoters on the Microsoft account for 9 months in 2015, focusing on their Surface product line. Shortly after I moved on to managing a national team of up to 32 sales promoters on the Panasonic imaging account for their Lumix range of cameras, lenses and accessories.My role was to manage, work with, motivate and actively encourage the team in order to increase sales across the relevant brands. I monitored sales performance on a weekly basis and worked with the team to drive great results for our clients.

I briefly stepped into the role of Account Manager on the Panasonic account. This role involved liaising directly with the client at Panasonic to ensure their needs were being met. This involved quarterly business review meetings with the client and regular communication.This role also involved communicating with the field managers who were overseeing the team of 32 sales promoters across England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

Managing director of my own media company. Myself and my business partner offered video production and photography to clients. Our aim was to work with both individuals and companies on a down to earth level, whilst producing fantastic video and photo content.We put together a variety of video projects including promotional videos for various businesses, events and organisations.

I spent over a year working as a radio presenter at Capital FM in Birmingham. As a presenter I was mainly covering for other presenters on the breakfast and drive time shows when they were away. This role also involved conducting a recorded interview with Little Mix alongside a fellow presenter.

During my time working with the experiential marketing company Ambient, I promoted various brands, products and companies, which involved interacting and engaging with members of the public in various locations across the UK. I managed teams of brand ambassadors and also equipment during these campaigns.I represented brands such as Sky TV, Wilkinsons, Chiltern Railways, Virgin, Lloyds, Asda, HomeSense, Morrisons, Poundland, Tesco, Ask Italian, Cross Country and Hobby Craft.

I was working in retail stores such as GAME promoting the Xbox games consoles. I started out demonstrating the very first Kinect device for the Xbox 360 and then moved on to promoting, demonstrating and actively selling the Xbox One console in retail stores across the UK.The role was initially with Ted Staffing but later moved across to iD Agency when the contract with Microsoft got switched. This was an incredibly fun and fulfilling role, as gaming is something I'm very passionate about.
