While working in guest relations I handled customer’s daily concerns and complaints, as well as provided fast and friendly service while managing guests on the phone as well as face to face. I also was able to assist supervisors and mangers with their tasks and train new hires. Part of my position was to be informed and aware of important information related to all groups within the hotel and where meetings would be held to better assist groups attending conferences at the hotel. I also checked guests in and out in of their reservations and with any cancellations they might have.

As a snowboard instrutor I taught individuals how to safely and efficiently snowboard and to have fun while learning as well. During my time as an instructor I adapted lessons to students needs and was also able to work with and instruct individuals from all over the world. I was also PSIA certified.
