I was recruited to join this traditional relationship marketing firm in 2007 as it was transforming into a full-service healthcare advertising agency. As the Chief Creative Officer, I led a rebranding campaign and implemented a strategic planning process for the agency that helped to leverage behavioral insight into adaptive brand experiences. During the last two years, I initiated and managed the agency's first digital department, including interactive creative direction, content strategy, UX/UI design, and full-service multimedia production.

The final stop of my 10-year position with GSW was working directly with GSW network partners to create an international operation for clients including Eli Lilly, Merck, and Astellas. I was charged with building the seamless integration of creative rituals (concept development and regional implementation) and international operations throughout a 13-country agency network. My responsibilities included onsite training and review of workflow, creative portfolio discussion, and workshop faciltation between international agencies and local clients to create a baseline for expectations and measurements.
