Immediately prior to launching my coaching practice, I dedicated more than 8 years to growing a talent & organizational development function from the ground up that served an enterprise population of ~30,000. I have coached and mentored across all levels of organizations; executive to front-line, to advise and aid their professional development journey. My listen-first approach leads to comprehensive and personalized plans with concrete actions that achieve objectives.
