• Assist with Employee Relations investigations by triaging complaints and observing processes• Assist with Cultural Assessments including interviewing employees and providing notes and feedback to HR Partner• Prepare ADA paperwork for employees• Perform exit and stay interviews and provide results to HR Leader• Perform multiple data reporting projects including open and pending requisitions reports, new hire reports, turnover reports, and Bonfyre employee engagement reports• Point of contact person for employee questions and issues, providing front line support for the HR team• Complete New Position, Transfer, Term, Hours, and other TIFs (Transaction Information Forms) in Service Now system• Assist employees with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures• Verify licensing and certification credentials to ensure compliance with Joint Commission’s requirements• Perform audits to ensure all required employee documentation is collected and maintained for compliance• Edit and create job descriptions• Maintain confidential and accurate HR files, databases, and spreadsheets• Assist employees with benefits administration/open enrollment process• Enter and update employee corrective actions, grievances, etc. by process of TIFs• Perform scanning and indexing of employee documents through OnBase or Service Now• Administrative duties: clerical tasks, answering phones, maintaining HR team calendars, process incoming mail, manage employee security through badge and ID systems
